Information we collect

When you contact us or request service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, device and repair details, communications with us, service history, and invoice and payment status. We receive information you give us through our website, at the counter, by phone, or in messages. Stripe handles card payments; we use payment status to manage your account and repair.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and document repairs, answer questions, send service and billing communications, process payments, maintain records, and protect our systems. If you agree to receive texts, we may text you about your repair and related customer care matters. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

Who receives information

Staff who need information to serve you can access it. Service providers may process information for us as needed, including ShopDesk and Syncro for service records during our transition, RingCentral for text delivery, Google for email and our website, Stripe for payments, and our storage and backup providers. Mobile carriers handle text delivery. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell customer information.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. RingCentral and mobile carriers process phone numbers and message content to deliver texts on our behalf.

Text messages and your choices

We ask whether you want service-related texts when you contact us by phone or at the counter. You may decline. If you opt in, you may later reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance, or contact us directly. You can ask us to update your contact information. Retention and security

We keep service and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, handle billing, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. Contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold, subject to records we need to keep.

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
